In 1973, Timberland introduced its yellow boots to provide outdoor laborers with the necessary protection. Remarkably, that same year, Hip Hop culture emerged in the Bronx. Over the years, the two seemingly disparate worlds have developed a fascinating connection, now inseparable from each other. Additionally, the gold eyelets and collar of the boots mimic a crown’s appearance.
